James B. McIntyre, CEO, has over 12 years of experience building and managing technology services businesses. Most recently, James was a founding employee and VP Business Development at Salary.com, the leading provider of enterprise compensation management solutions. During his six year tenure at Salary, James worked to build the company from 2 employees to over 125. He played a critical role in raising seed and venture funding, hiring the senior management team and launching the company’s flagship product. Previous to Salary.com, James held the position of VP Business Development at HireKnowledge a technology staffing and services company. At HireKnowledge James oversaw the development of the New York office, and then managed the growth of new markets such as Boston, Baltimore, and San Francisco. His experience provides the vision and perspective to ensure healthy growth and strategic compassing at Exsos.

Stephen Zaimes
Managing Partner
Stephen Zaimes co-founded Exsos LLC in February 2005, recognizing an opportunity to create a company focused on understanding a corporation’s unique business needs and to match them with experienced IT consulting professionals and emerging information technologies.

As Managing Partner, Stephen leads the company's business development and fulfillment operations-including business alliances, sales and marketing, and professional services delivery. Stephen brings nearly 15 years experience building and leading sales production and sales management organizations with 8 years in the IT consulting industry. Prior to founding Exsos LLC, he was a Sr. Client Solutions Executive for CNT Corporation in New England which was subsequently acquired by MCDATA, a storage networking solutions provider headquartered in Broomfield, CO. Before CNT, he built sales regions and managed teams for Three-Five Systems, MicroTouch Systems and Xerox. Stephen possesses 15 sales certifications from IBM, EMC, Veritas and Xerox.

Brian is responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruiting and his talents lay in his abilities to develop networks and relationships through direct and referral methods of sourcing our industry’s top candidates.
